Writing
Like many psychologists, I started my career writing scientific research articles. As my career has progressed, however, writing about psychology topics for all audiences has become my joy. Please see below for a sample of my writing projects.
I had the great pleasure of co-writing The Motivation Mindset Workbook - my first book - with my long-time mentor Dr. Ellen Braaten. This book contains many activities to help middle schoolers and high schoolers (and beyond!) tap into their aptitudes, pleasures, and practices, to boost their motivation and zest for life.
While working at Massachusetts General Hospital, I wrote and co-wrote guest blog posts for The Clay Center for Young Healthy Minds:
